Cancellation Policy
I value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients, please review our cancellation policy carefully.
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Clients who arrive more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service when you arrive.
